Quick, portable, and delicious pinwheel wraps featuring deli turkey, sharp cheddar, and cream cheese on a crispy toasted tortilla. Perfect for busy school or office lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 8–12 slices deli turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 cup baby spinach or arugula (optional)
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay tortillas flat on a work surface lined with parchment paper. If stiff, microwave for 5-10 seconds to soften.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Layer deli turkey slices over the cheese. Spread a thin layer of mustard over the turkey if desired. Add spinach or arugula if using.
  6. Starting from the long edge closest to you, tightly roll the tortilla away from you, tucking in the filling as you go.
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  8. Place pinwheels cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning lightly on top.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow cream cheese to set.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to prevent tearing the tortilla. Leave a 1-inch border to seal the roll. For best results, use freshly shredded cheese rather than pre-shredded to ensure proper melting. If the rolls feel loose, refrigerate for 15 minutes before slicing.
