A fun and festive fruit tray arranged to look like candy corn, served with a creamy vanilla yogurt dip. Perfect for fall gatherings, Halloween parties, or any event where you want a healthy treat that steals the show.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cantaloupe
  • 1 medium fresh pineapple
  • 3–4 large bananas
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, slice into 1-inch thick half-moons, cut flesh from rind, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Cut off top and bottom of pineapple, slice off skin, cut into quarters, remove core, and cut into 1-inch chunks.
  4. Slice bananas into ½-inch thick rounds just before assembling.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
  6. On a large white platter, arrange rows of fruit to mimic candy corn stripes: a row of cantaloupe (orange), then pineapple (yellow), then banana (white). Repeat across the platter.
  7. Fill the center of the platter with mixed berries.
  8. Place the yogurt dip bowl in the center of the berries or off to one side.
  9. Check the arrangement and adjust as needed. Serve immediately or within 2 hours.

Notes

Prep cantaloupe and pineapple up to 24 hours ahead. Slice bananas and assemble no more than 2 hours before serving to prevent browning. Use a white platter to make colors pop. Keep dip separate until serving. Double the dip recipe for larger crowds.
