Quick and easy turkey and cheese wraps that come together in under 15 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights, lunchboxes, or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size, about 10 inches)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spread: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing (or Greek yogurt), garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a cutting board. If they are stiff, microwave them for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Spread the Mixture: Using a spatula, spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla, going all the way to the edges.
  4. Layer the Fillings: Place two slices of turkey on the lower third of each tortilla, slightly overlapping. Top with one slice of cheese, then a small handful of spinach and a sprinkle of shredded carrots.
  5. Roll the Wraps: Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up and over the filling, tucking it in snugly. Fold in the two sides, then roll the wrap away from you, keeping it tight. Place seam-side down.
  6. Wrap and Chill (Optional but recommended): Tightly wrap each roll in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to set the cream cheese.
  7. Slice and Serve: Using a sharp chef’s knife, slice each wrap into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Secure with toothpicks if packing for lunch.

Notes

The cream cheese layer acts as a moisture barrier to prevent sogginess. For best results, let the wrapped rolls chill for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Use a serrated knife for clean cuts. You can customize with different meats, cheeses, and veggies.
