A quick and easy apple cider mimosa bar that comes together in 5 minutes with simple ingredients. Perfect for fall parties, brunches, or a cozy weeknight treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups apple cider, chilled
  • 1 bottle champagne or prosecco, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Apple slices, for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
  • 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small shallow dish, mix together 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar until evenly combined.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne flute or wine glass into a shallow dish of water or apple cider, then dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Gently twist to coat evenly. Tap off excess. Repeat for all glasses.
  3. If desired, drizzle about 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup into the bottom of each glass.
  4. Fill each glass about halfway with chilled apple cider.
  5. Slowly pour chilled prosecco or champagne into each glass, filling to the top.
  6. Garnish each glass with a thin apple slice, a cinnamon stick, and a small sprig of fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use unfiltered apple cider for deeper flavor. Chill cider and prosecco well before serving. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute prosecco with sparkling apple cider or ginger ale. Prep garnishes up to an hour ahead and keep apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning.
