A vibrant, layered vodka lemonade punch perfect for summer parties, featuring fresh berries, sparkling water, and a refreshing citrus twist.

  • 1 quart (950 ml) lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 liter (34 fl oz) sparkling water or club soda (chilled)
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) vodka
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and lemon into thin pieces. Set mint sprigs aside for garnish.
  2. In the bottom of a punch bowl, add sliced strawberries and raspberries. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) lemonade over the fruit and let sit for 5 minutes to macerate.
  3. Slowly pour 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) vodka over the red fruit layer, pouring carefully to avoid disturbing the fruit.
  4. Gently add the remaining lemonade (3 cups or 710 ml) over the back of a spoon to create a white layer above the red mixture.
  5. Slowly pour 1 liter (34 fl oz) chilled sparkling water or club soda over the lemonade layer using the back of a spoon to maintain separation and bubbles.
  6. Float lemon slices, fresh blueberries, and mint sprigs on top. Optionally add ice cubes or frozen berry cubes for extra chill without diluting flavor.
  7. Serve using a ladle to scoop the punch, ensuring a bit of each colored layer in every glass.

Notes

Pour liquids slowly over the back of a spoon to maintain layers. Chill all liquids beforehand to keep bubbles alive. Add sparkling water and ice just before serving to keep fizz fresh. Use frozen lemonade or berry ice cubes to chill without diluting flavor. For alcohol-free version, replace vodka with extra sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
